Tubuh kita tidak cukup hanya mendapat nutrisi dari makanan, kita harus mengimbanginya dengan olahraga. Sayangnya, banyak dari kita yang mulai berolahraga namun berhenti di tengah jalan karena kurangnya pemahaman akan pentingnya olahraga atau kurangnya minat terhadap aktivitas fisik.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu kita tetap termotivasi dalam berolahraga, berikut beberapa tips yang bisa Anda ikuti:<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Pelan-pelan<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memulai rutinitas olahraga setelah istirahat panjang bisa jadi menantang, apalagi jika Anda belum aktif. Melakukan olahraga yang intens, seperti lari maraton 10 km, dapat membuat otot Anda tegang. Oleh karena itu, bagi Anda yang ingin memulai kembali rutinitas olahraga, lakukanlah secara perlahan atau bertahap. Misalnya saja, mulailah dengan jalan santai atau jogging keliling lingkungan sekitar 250 meter di pagi hari sebelum beraktivitas. Saat Anda membangun daya tahan, Anda dapat meningkatkannya secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan Anda.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengubah pola pikir kita terhadap olahraga itu sendiri. Misalnya, jika Anda tidak menyukai olahraga seperti angkat beban, mengikuti aktivitas luar ruangan seperti hiking bisa menjadi pengalaman yang menyegarkan.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Jika menurut Anda lari itu membosankan, Anda bisa mengajak hewan peliharaan Anda jalan-jalan sambil berlari. Menemukan cara untuk membuat olahraga menyenangkan dapat membuat perbedaan besar! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Tentukan Target atau Sasaran Anda<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agar olahraga lebih fokus, penting untuk menetapkan target atau sasaran yang jelas. Misalnya, tentukan alasan Anda ingin berolahraga secara rutin &#8211; apakah untuk menurunkan berat badan, atau mencapai postur tubuh tertentu. Dengan menetapkan tujuan, seperti berolahraga secara konsisten selama 12 hari per bulan \u2013 (setara dengan 3 kali seminggu) untuk menurunkan berat badan, Anda dapat membuat rencana yang konkrit. Hasilnya, Anda bisa membakar kalori dan membantu menurunkan berat badan secara bertahap.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Melihat orang-orang jogging atau gym sambil memakai headset atau headphone, mendengarkan musik favorit untuk meningkatkan motivasi adalah hal yang lumrah. Untuk menyempurnakan pengalaman berolahraga Anda, coba buat playlist musik favorit Anda. Hal ini dapat membuat berolahraga menjadi lebih menyenangkan.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
