Ingredients:
• 1 sachet Quinary®
• 4 pieces hard boiled eggs
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
• 1/4 cup minced celery
• 3 Tbsp minced green onions
• 1/2 Tsp salt
• 1/2 Tsp pepper
Instructions:
- Peel and chop hard boiled eggs into small pieces. Place the chopped eggs in a large bowl, set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the Quinary®, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), green onion, celery, salt and pepper. Stir the mixture until it’s smooth.
