Ingredients for Quinary® Stir-fried Morning Glory
- A bunch of morning glory
- 1 sachet of Quinary®
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4-5 chilies
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soybean paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Smash or crush the garlic and chili.
- Chop the morning glory and place it in a preparation bowl.
- Combine all the ingredients, including the Quinary® in the bowl.
- Heat a wok over high heat and add olive oil.
- Add the combined ingredients to the wok. Stir-fry quickly for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. Do not overcook your morning glory!
- Serve immediately to maintain the morning glory’s vibrant green color and perfect texture.
