I first encountered Sunrider in 1994, and I’ve been happily doing business with them ever since. My introduction to Sunrider was through my mother’s recommendation. At the time, I had poor health, but after using the products and implementing a more active lifestyle, my health improved. This positive experience sparked my interest in the business. As I grew more confident in both the products and business, I began sharing these wonderful great products with the people around me, and that was the beginning of my business.


At that time, I had no concept of the Sunrider business or extensive knowledge of the products, but I was confident that I could work harder than anyone else. I dedicated myself to working diligently every day to achieve my dream, imagining my future success with consistency and confidence. The first thing I did when I started the Sunrider business was to write down the dreams I wanted to achieve in a notebook. These dreams were small at first, but I began with achievable goals. Over time, I started writing down not only personal dreams, but also aspirations of showing my children the image of a successful mother.
The dreams I initially wrote down in my notebook were dreams that I could achieve if I worked hard, such as making a few partners, earning a certain amount of bonus, and achieving a certain rank by a certain date. As I crossed the list one by one, I was able to feel a sense of accomplishment, and based on that sense of accomplishment, I was able to dream bigger dreams. One example is that I wanted to be able to help support my children so that they could study as much as they wanted. So, I sent both of my sons to study abroad, and today, my older son is working in the US while my younger son is working in Korea.*


I am so happy doing the Sunrider business. I started this journey in search of true happiness, and through this opportunity, I have completely transformed my life while helping others do the same. I also aim to integrate the things I love – exercise, dance, music, poetry, delicious food, and travel, into business and enjoy a happy life with my partners. I incorporate Sunrider products into my daily routine, and I walk barefoot on a nearby mountain almost every morning. In the evenings, I enjoy yoga with my partners both online (Zoom meeting) and offline (Daechi-dong Business Center) almost every day at 7:30. Through these practices, I lead a healthy and happy life.

My favorite Sunrider products are SunPack (Fortune Delight®, NuPlus®, Quinary®, and VitaDophilus®), which I take three times a day consistently, and this is a routine I have maintained for thirty years. Among them, the product that has truly impressed me is VitaDophilus. Thirty years ago, when I was struggling with my health, I used this product the most to promote efficient nutrient absorption with Lactobacillus Acidophilus**, a naturally occurring probiotic bacteria that helps break down food. It remains the best product that I consume regularly and recommend to those around me.
My lifestyle has changed significantly since I started doing business with Sunrider. In the past, I lost my dreams and hopes due to an unhealthy body, but today, I am creating a wonderful lifestyle by achieving my goals step by step. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Chen family, Saeheon Kim (ERD), and Isabelle Song (CM) for directly helping me make friends around the world and grow together through global business.
In order to activate business, we actively participate in all programs conducted by the Sunrider Direct Korea with partners, and we continue to conduct business opportunities, skincare & color cosmetics, and food lectures through our group lectures online (Zoom) and offline (Daechi-dong Business Center) meetings. On Saturdays, we practice ballet with young ballerinas and conduct lectures and individual meetings to mentor young people in their 20s and 30s.

I have been consistently promoting Sunrider by organizing meetings and lectures to explain business opportunities while demonstrating skincare products to attract new customers to the business. Additionally, I have been actively duplicating education through a systematic training system to produce leaders (instructors), which has been a great help to my business growth.
Furthermore, I hope that all IBOs will support second-generation IBOs through the Sunrider succession program, ensuring that that Sunrider lasts for generations to come. Thank you.
