Fortune Delight® Strawberry Tea ingredients

• 500g fresh strawberries
• 4 – 5 packs of Fortune Delight® Original
• 50g sugar
• 1 piece lemon
• 1 liter water
• 3 tablespoons honey
• mint leaves
• ice cubes

How to make Fortune Delight® Strawberry Tea:

1. Pour 1 liter of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the Fortune Delight® packs and stir well.
2. Add 50g of sugar into the Fortune Delight® tea mixture and let it boil until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat and let the tea cool.
3. Choose ripe, fresh strawberries, making sure to avoid crushing or wilting them as it can affect the taste of the tea. Cut-off the stems of the strawberries.
4. Prepare a mixture of 1 inner capful of SunSmile® Fruit & Vegetable Rinse in one gallon / 3.75 liters of water. Dip the strawberries in the solution for 1-3 minutes, then let it dry.
5. While waiting for the tea to cool, place 300g of strawberries into a blender and puree them. Strain the strawberries through a sieve to filter out any remaining pulp.
6. Add 3 tablespoons of honey to the pureed strawberries and stir well. For the remaining 200g of strawberries, cut them into pieces and add to the tea when serving.
7. As for the lemon, cut into thin slices and remove the seeds. Use as garnish to enhance the tea’s aroma.
8. After the tea has cooled, add the strawberry puree, strawberry pieces, lemon slices, and mint leaves. Stir the mixture well
9. Pour the tea into a glass and add ice cubes for a more refreshing experience.
10. Store the remaining tea in the refrigerator for later consumption.
