Ingredients for Lemon Bar:

For the Crust:

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 pinch of salt

For the Lemon Filling:

• 1tablespoon Sunrider Fortune Delight®  (Lemon flavor)
• ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 small lemon)
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Topping(optional):

• Powdered sugar for dusting or extra lemon zest

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

1. Make the Crust:
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, softened butter, and pinch of salt. Mix until the dough resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan to form the crust.
4. Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside to cool slightly.
5. Prepare the Lemon Filling:

7. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, lemon zest, flour, and baking powder.

11. Bake for an additional 15-18 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden.
12. Cool & Serve:
    • Allow the lemon bars to cool completely before slicing into small squares.
    • Optional: Dust lightly with powdered sugar or garnish with extra lemon zest.
