Ingredients (Makes about 12–14 servings)

• 1 cup rolled oats (about 90g)
• 1 medium ripe banana (about 100g/mashed)
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter (about 30g)
• 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (about 30g)
• 1 scoop (20g) SunFit Protein Plus (Caramel Macchiato flavor)
• 1 packet (25g) VitaShake (Cocoa flavor)
• Optional ingredients: 2 tablespoons (20g) mini chocolate chips, coconut flakes, chia seeds, almond slices, etc.
How to Make
1. Mash the banana with a fork in a large bowl.
2. Add SunFit Protein, VitaShake, peanut butter, and honey and mix until smooth.
3. Add the oats and optional ingredients and mix well.
4. If the dough is too thin, add a little more oats. If it is too thick, add a little honey or peanut butter to adjust the consistency accordingly.
5. Scoop out a spoonful at a time, shape into bars and place on a plate.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then store in an airtight container.
