Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 sachet NuPlus® original
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 large chopped hard-boiled egg
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a bit of the flesh to create a space for stuffing.
- Chop the removed avocado flesh into small pieces.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the chopped avocado flesh with boiled eggs, tomato, and cucumber.
- Add NuPlus® into the mixture.
- Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
- Evenly fill the avocado halves with the salad mixture, and garnish with basil as desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
