Air Fryer Quinary® Chicken Breast Ingredients
- 1 fresh chicken breast (750 grams)
- 3 pieces of coriander root
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 sachet Quinary®
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
How to Make Air Fryer Quinary® Chicken Breast
1. Add coriander root, garlic and white pepper into a blender. Blend the ingredients until it is mixed well. Then, pour into a mixing bowl.
2. Add chicken breast, oyster sauce, soy sauce, coconut sugar and Quinary® to the mixing bowl. Then, coat the breast with the sauce thoroughly.
3. Set in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Put marinated chicken breast into air flyer and add some olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Then, flip for another 15 mins till it is cooked.
