  • Fresh shiitake mushrooms sliced: 50 grams.
  • Onions sliced: 50 grams.
  • Carrots, julienned: 50 grams
  • Fresh chicken eggs: 2
  • Unsweetened sterilized fresh milk: 80ml
  • SunFit® Protein Plus, plant-based protein powder: 10 grams
  • Pink Himalayan salt: 8 grams
  • Ground black pepper: 0.1 gram.
  • Cooking oil: 5ml
  • Mozzarella cheese (at room temperature): 20 grams
  • Green onions: 2 grams

Instructions for SunFit® Mushroom Omelette:

• Heat a pan over high heat with 5ml of cooking oil until hot.
• Stir-fry the carrots, then add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and continue to sauté until they are tender. Sprinkle 3 grams of pink Himalayan salt and stir quickly.
• Add the prepared onions and sauté over high heat until lightly cooked. Set aside the cooked carrot, shitake mushroom and onions. Turn off the heat.
• In a bowl, crack 2 fresh chicken eggs andadd 5 grams of pink Himalayan salt. Using a whisk, beat the eggs in one direction until they’re frothy.
• Add 20 grams of Mozzarella cheese to the beaten eggs and mix until well combined.
• In a separate bowl, combine 10 grams of SunFit® Protein Plus with 80 ml of pasteurized milk and mix until fully dissolved.
• Pour the SunFit® Protein Plus and milk mixture into the egg mixture, stirring in one direction until fully combined.
• Heat a pan over high heat, add 20ml of cooking oil, and bring to a boil. Remove all the oil from the pan.
• Reduce the heat to the lowest setting and gently pour the egg mixture into the pan. Use chopsticks to gently stir the egg mixture in the middle of the pan until it sets evenly.
• Gradually fold the omelette over into an oval shape to create a rolled omelette If the omelette is cooked evenly, it will not stick to the pan.
• Place the sautéed shitake mushrooms, carrots, and onions to a plate. Place the omelette on top, then sprinkle 0.1 gram of ground black pepper and finely chopped green onions on top of the omelette.
