Ingredients:
- 300ml Coconut milk (or your preferred milk choice)
- 2 frozen bananas
- Half an avocado
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup muesli
- 1 tbsp of flaxseeds or chia seeds
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
